Orders: For product inquiries and all orders please contact us on our email: thewrapoutwear@gmail.com.

Payment methods: All sales are handled via bank transfers. After emailing us, you will be informed about all transfer details.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via DPD, or DHL and you are informed about the delivery date. We always provide you with a tracking number. Your purchase of an already existing product (so the one from “Available now” page) will be shipped within 7 working days of receiving your payment. The shipping dates of an individualized product (ordered from “Mix & Match” or “My own” pages) will be discussed with you via email, depending on the production time.
The delivery time should not exceed 7-10 working days for the EU and UK, Russia, and the US destinations.
Mind that all shipping fares are counted for a parcel carrying max. 2 pieces of clothing. If you wish to order 3 pieces or more, we will count the shipping costs individually for you.

Returns: We accept returns of all pieces from “Available now” page. You have 14 days from the date of order delivery to change your mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not cover the cost of returns.
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. That means that the return of any customized product – i.e., your mixed-and-matched coat or a piece personally tailored by you (so the products from “Mix & Match” or “My own” pages), whether purchased by you or someone else, will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding.
